\nIn the shiny, copper brewery of our brewery, naturally cloudy beer specialties with the best foam properties and excellent digestibility are created in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516.<\/p>\n
Long before the term craft beer was on everyone’s lips, we gained our first experiences with international hop varieties, special malts and various yeast strains in 2011. Today, in addition to the traditional brewery beers, we can also offer our guests a variety of characterful seasonal beers, which stand out from the crowd thanks to the dry hopping process.<\/p>\n
All of our beers are brewed without additives, tapped fresh from the tank and unfiltered. Such beer specialties have become rare.<\/strong>
