The Lautrer Brauhaus has continued the long tradition of Kaiserslautern breweries since 2000.
In the shiny, copper brewery of our brewery, naturally cloudy beer specialties with the best foam properties and excellent digestibility are created in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516.
Long before the term craft beer was on everyone’s lips, we gained our first experiences with international hop varieties, special malts and various yeast strains in 2011. Today, in addition to the traditional brewery beers, we can also offer our guests a variety of characterful seasonal beers, which stand out from the crowd thanks to the dry hopping process.
All of our beers are brewed without additives, tapped fresh from the tank and unfiltered. Such beer specialties have become rare.
Enjoy these natural products in a cozy atmosphere, accompanied by typical Palatinate and beer-based delights.

OUR PALE BEER
BRAUHAUS HELL…
Hoppy, bottom-fermented full beer with a light yellow color. Slim and tangy in taste with fine foam.
Bottom-fermented beer enjoyment. As with all of our beers, we only use malt from the Palatinate.
Brewed with Hallertau Perle Medium Early.
This gives our Hell a distinctive Pilsner character!
Stw. 11% = 4.8% vol
OUR WHEAT BEER

The taste of our wheat beer can best be described as follows.
Top-fermented full beer with a high wheat content.
Mild and fruity-tangy taste.
A real MUST for wheat beer lovers.
